Bought for my daughter after I showed her my coloring books during a vacation. She really needed a new artistic outlet and stress outlet. So, I turned her on to the old childhood memory of coloring. Solitude and focusing on something else for a while. This particular genre is not my thing but she likes it. As soon as it arrived, along with a couple other books, she started with this one and I think it was one of the fish pictures.
I picked up this book and the other flash one in the same series, both of them are great.It's a well made, neat little coloring book that has a good variety of illustrations. I got it specifically for tattoo stencil references but I'm sure it would be a great coloring book on its own. Definitely happy with it!
Good color book but I like to use markers. But since the pictures are back to back I can't because it will bleed through to the other side. If you like colored pencils then this coloring book is great for you
This book is absolutely gorgeous. It is a much higher quality than I expected. A little bummed that my markers bleed a little, but my colored pencils look incredible. There are pages for nights I just want a simple photo to color and others that take a lot of time and concentration with detail. I'm impressed by the entire design of the book and has excellent traditional tattoos on every page.
Love this book and really hope other books will perhaps use this idea of foil accent colors. The slight use of the metallic gold really takes many of these pages from good to great . Some of the pics are bit cheesy for my taste but the overwhelming majority are eye catching and unique. I have recommended this book to several people and would totally suggest it for someone that wants something out of the norm to color.
The pictures are actually really good way better then I expected. I almost hated to color them
